October 6th – Intermittent issues with some of our systems
04:15 AM UTC. We are currently facing problems with one of our servers that handles calls. Since we have another server handling calls, some of your calls may not work.
We are also investigating a problem with our email notification service. Due to a problem with this service, some of your account notifications will be delayed. The engineering team is working on this.
04:52 AM UTC. The server is back online and calls should now work fine. The email notification service is also working now. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
06:03 AM UTC. We are investigating problems with our API. Although this will not affect your calls, signing up for a new account may not work.
06:13 AM UTC. The problem with our API has been resolved.
09:20 AM UTC. We are still facing intermittent problems with our service – calls, API and email notifications. We have all available members of the engineering team working restoring normalcy.
02:05 PM UTC. The engineering team has found the root cause of these issues and has resolved them. There may still be intermittent issues with the API – but we will be monitoring the situation to minimize the impact.
