September 8th – Unavailability of support
5:15 AM UTC. We are currently experiencing a problem with internet connectivity at our support center in India. While our IT support team is working on fixing this we will be unable to respond to emails or phone calls.
Although we have a backup internet provider, it seems in this instance both the primary and the backup ISP have problems.
