September 9th – Problems with callback calls

12:30 PM UTC. We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with callback calls.

On iPhone app,  you may see a message “Other error” while attempting the call. Pressing “OK” on the message causes the the app to exit and requires you to sign-in to the app again.

Our team is working on resolving this problem as soon as possible.

03:10 PM UTC. The issue has now been resolved.

The problem happened on one of our servers running the callback service. The issue was resolved with a restart of the service. The issue appears to be a software bug. Our engineers have noted this and are working on a permanent fix.
