Billing address

Each account must provide a valid billing address and ID. The address can be anywhere in the world.

Sonetel is required by local authorities to uphold a valid address for each of its customers that subscribes to a local phone number.

The billing address can be anywhere in the world – irrelevant of where the phone number is. You can enter your billing address and ID on the Account verification page.

The address must be real, and Sonetel may require that you provide proof of your address by sending a copy of a utility bill showing your name – or similar.

Failure to provide a valid address may lead to your phone numbers being removed from your account.
Some phone numbers additionally require that you have an address in the same country or city as the phone number. Most numbers do however not have such a requirement.
