Can I change my free-with-plan phone number?

For each user that you have in your account, you can have free phone numbers.

Customers on the Premium plan get one (1) free number for each user in the account. Business plan increases this limit to five (5) phone numbers per user.

Here is how it works:

• If you have more phone numbers than you have users
  The system will automatically select which of your numbers that will be made free. It is not possible to change this selection.
• If you have more users than you have free numbers
  If you buy a new phone number, you can select to have it free with your plan or not. Paid numbers – that are up for renewal – will automatically be converted to free-with-plan at the renewal date.
