April 27th – Problem with outgoing calls
1:30 PM UTC. We are currently investigating reports of problems with our Callback service. Outgoing calls made using VoIP and automatic Call Thru should continue to work without any problems.
2:50 PM UTC. The issue seems to be limited to using Callback and manual Call thru for making outgoing calls. All incoming calls and outgoing calls made using VoIP and automatic Call thru should continue to work without any issues. The engineering team is investigating the issue with high priority.
4:15 PM UTC. The issue has been resolved and all calls should now be working without any problems.
